An annual membership in the Pacific Hoof Care Practitioners (PHCP) begins on June 1 of one calendar year and extends to May 31 of the following year (e.g. June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2009.)
When any person joins the PHCP, the fee is $100. The renewal fee for PHCP memberships is $65. In order to retain an active membership, the renewal fee must be paid by June 30th.
Members subscribing to automatic payments will pay the reduced fee of $60 annually.
If payment for a new membership is made between March 1 and May 31, then the membership continues to May 31 of the following year. (For example, if payment is received between March 1 and May 31, 2009, then the renewal payment ($65/$60) will not be due again until June, 2010.)
Every PHCP member must renew according to the above guidelines to keep their memberships active. Members with outstanding dues will be removed from the web site and lose access to the chat list.
The reduced automatic payment option ($60) may be subscribed to between May 1 and July 31. The automatic withdraw will happen each year on the day you first subscribe. After July 31 this option will not be available until the following year again between May 1 and July 31.
Members delinquent on their dues after July 31 will be withdrawn and must pay a late fee of $10.00 for reinstatement, bringing the total amount due to $75.
Members delinquent on their dues after Sept. 30 must re-enroll by paying the $100 enrollment fee.
If dues are outstanding for a year or more the withdrawn member must re-enroll by filling out another enrollment form and paying the $100 enrollment fee.
